About the Opportunity

At Care of You, we are building an international collective of Executive Coaches who guide professionals and organizations toward conscious leadership and meaningful transformation.

This opportunity is crafted for seasoned coaches working with leaders, managers, entrepreneurs, and corporate teams. You'll support clients in enhancing performance, strengthening communication, and creating sustainable, human-centered change through evidence-based methods.

We welcome professionals from diverse backgrounds — business, HR, marketing, psychology, consulting, education — united by a shared passion for human growth and commitment to ethical, professional coaching.

What You’ll Do as an Executive Coach

Lead coaching sessions

Conduct 1:1 and group sessions on leadership, communication, and emotional intelligence.

Empower teams

Help companies build resilient, purpose-driven teams that thrive in complexity and change.

Support sustainable goals

Assist clients in setting clear goals and implementing sustainable strategies for success.

Well-being icon

Enhance self-awareness

Use evidence-based tools to improve motivation, clarity, and overall emotional well-being.

Education icon

Grow with support

Join mentoring, supervision, and learning programs to stay aligned with ethical standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

Certificate

A valid coaching credential from ICF, EMCC, or another accredited organization.

Experience

Proven experience coaching leaders, entrepreneurs, or corporate teams.

Mentoring

Annual completion of mentoring and supervisions: 3 mentoring sessions and 7 supervisions by certified professionals.

Education

At least 60 hours of Continuing Education annually from accredited U.S. institutions.

Ethics

Commitment to Care of You’s ethical code and values of confidentiality and professionalism.

Psychologist/Hypnotist

Consulting Hypnotists and Psychologists must meet equivalent mentoring and supervision standards.
